Online OEM software providers often come up with bargains that are so attractive that seem too good to be truth. The consumer has a reasonable question, if the OEM version of a product is as functional as the retail one, how could it cost less? There are two basic answers to this question.

First of all, OEM software sellers try to cut the costs for software to a minimum. They offer downloadable versions that require no packaging, no shipment, and often go without manuals. That said, if all the license requirements are followed, it is perfectly legitimate to buy and sell OEM software. So basically, one can obtain Adobe OEM software, Autodesk OEM software, Microsoft OEM software, and other popular brand OEM versions of downloadable software.

But on the other hand, if the price seems way too low, you may have come across a scammer, so beware! If this is the case, bear in mind that you will be devoid of any technical support, system upgrade opportunities, and sometimes even program itself, so sometimes it is better to pay a bit extra for software downloads.
